Usually stars that have already burned bright are the ones that shack up in Vegas (Prince, Donny & Marie, Bette Midler).
Lady Gaga is still up-and-coming but has a huge following and would be an easy lure to tourists.
George Maloof, owner of The Palms, is said to have made a substantial multi-year offer in the millions of dollars to Lady Gaga to perform every night at The Pearl, but so far she has yet to accept.
